I am curious about the process of selecting a bookbinder; I understand that lots of decisions had to be made, beyond selecting the paper and printing process. Were there any other serious contenders, or was Kösel just far and away the only choice for quality custom Bible-making?
What makes a truly great book-printing company, in your eyes? I would love to see or hear something from that perspective. Thank you for your exhaustive attention to detail, and I really hope to catch even a small part of what has gone into this project.
