We will be sending surveys out closer to production & you will be able to submit your most up-to-date address for shipping at that time. Many of you have already received your survey and have been able to enter your information. If you have received your survey and need to know how to change your address you can click here.
Not all surveys have been sent out. If you are one of the 140 backers who signed up for one of the following rewards, your surveys will be sent out when all reward options are ready to select from:

Also included in the Survey will be your chance to let us know what variant options you would like to choose. For example if you ordered a full set of book you would have the option to choose if you want the 5th book (Apocrypha) or not, and if you would like to have the standard slipcase fit 4 or 5 books.
